摘 要:为了提高泡沫陶瓷浆料的稳定性,进而制备出高孔隙率的泡沫陶瓷,采用没食子酸正丙脂(PG)修饰α-Al2 O3微粉颗粒,使其具有部分疏水性,采用发泡-冷冻干燥法制备了Al2 O3多孔陶瓷材料,主要研究了PG加入量(w,0.1%~2.0%)、料浆固含量(w,49.0%~61.9%)和烧成温度(1300~1500℃)对Al2O3多孔陶瓷材料性能的影响。结果表明:以没食子酸正丙脂(PG)作修饰剂,对α-Al2 O3微粉颗粒稳定气泡有良好的作用;当PG加入量为1.5%(w),固含量为58%(w),烧成温度为1500℃时,制备的Al2 O3多孔陶瓷材料的显气孔率为72%,体积密度为0.59 g·cm^-3,耐压强度为12.5 MPa。To enhance the stabilization of foam ceramic slurries and prepare foam ceramics with high porosi-ty,the porous Al2 O3 ceramics were prepared by foaming-freeze drying method using propyl gallate (PG) modified α-Al2 O3 micropowder with partial hydrophobicity.Effects of PG addition (0.1%-2.0%,in mass, the same hereinafter),slurry solid content (49.0%-61.9%)and firing temperature (1 300-1 500 ℃)on properties of porous Al2 O3 ceramics were researched.The results show that PG modified the α-Al2 O3 mi-cropowder and well stabilizes the pores;when PG addition is 1.5%and solid content is 58%,the apparent porosity,bulk density and crushing strength of the prepared ceramics fired at 1 500 ℃ are 72%,0.59 g·cm ^-3 and 12.5 MPa,respectively.
