摘　　要：目的:了解当代高校学生性病艾滋病防治知识知晓程度及性态度、性行为现状,为制订性病艾滋病宣传教育及干预工作措施提供参考。方法:以问卷形式对本市几间高校不同专业学生进行调查,并对获得的数据进行统计分析。结果:共调查2 656人,接受调查的高校学生对性病艾滋病知识掌握不全面,在6种性病中,平均能正确鉴别(2.86±1.65)种;性观念趋于开放化,性行为发生率较高(971/2 656,占36.56%),但安全套使用率低,部分大学生还存在多性伴、从事或接受商业性服务、饮酒或服用精神毒品类药物后性行为等高危行为。结论:应在高校中进一步加强性病艾滋病宣传教育,普及性病艾滋病防治知识和生殖健康知识,纠正学生的错误理解和认识误区,提高自我保护的意识和技能,使大学生在获得知识的基础上发生态度及行为的改变,控制性病艾滋病在青年学生群体中的传播。Objective：To investigate the knowledge about STD and AIDS, sex attitude and sex behavior of students from several colleges in Guangzhou, and make theoretical references for the formulation of STD and AIDS educational and preventive strategy. Methods ： A survey was performed by questionnaire on knowledge of STD and AIDS, sex attitude and behavior among students with different majors from several colleges in Guangzhou and the data was analyzed by SPSS soft- ware. Results：2656 students were surveyed. The awareness rate of knowledge about STD and AIDS in college students was not good enough, and the students were usually showed the open minded to sex. Beside that, the incidence of sexual practice was so high as 36.56% among col- lege students, but with a low condom use rate. There were still acted on high risk sex behaviors in some students,those young persons never minding muhiple sex partners, involving in commercial sex worker, having sex after drinking or drugs and so on. Conclusion：We should further strength- en the knowedge education on STD and AIDS in colleges students, popularize the knowledge on STD and AIDS prevention and reproductive health, to correct the students＇ awareness, attitudes and behaviors on STD and AIDS, improve their consciousness and self-protection and ultimately to reach the goal of orevention and control the spread of STD and AIDS in college students.
