摘 要:目的:研究大鼠睾丸内残余体物质的形成与转归.方法:大鼠睾丸石蜡切片,做残余体特异性染色观察;超薄切片,透射电镜观察.结果:在残余体特异性染色下,部分生精小管内可见有被染成深蓝色、大小不等的圆形或不规则形的颗粒.这些颗粒最早于生精周期Ⅰ期,至精子排放时,颗粒全部聚集于生精上皮的表面.当精子释放后,颗粒即迅速向小管周边移动,并贴近管周的基膜部.电镜观察,位于生精上皮表面的残余体内含有不同电子密度的结构成分,在残余体向管周移动的过程中,逐渐转化为高电子密度的脂质包涵体.在生精小管周边的细胞和基质内,以及淋巴管内皮细胞内,均可以见到类似的脂质包涵体.结论:大鼠睾丸生精过程中产生的残余体,可以通过自身的转化过程,形成脂质包涵体,以胞吐及扩散转移的方式,最终被排出于生精小管之外.Objective:To study the formation and the outcome of residual bodies in seminiferous tubules of the rat testes.Methods:One part of each testis was made for paraffin sections to observe residual bodies by specific staining,and another part of each testis was made for ultrathin sections to observe residual bodies under a transmission electron microscope.Results:Deep blue granules of different sizes and round or irregular shapes were observed in some seminiferous tubules by the specific staining of residual bodies.These granules first appeared at stage Ⅰ of the spermatogenic cycle,growing in size and decreasing in quantity with the development of the spermatogenic stage and gathered on the surface of the seminiferous epithelium by the spermiation.After spermiation,the granules moved rapidly towards the deep of tubules in very short time and soon arrived at the base of Sertoli cells near the basement membrane of seminiferous epithelium.Under the transmission electron microscope,components of different electron densities were found in residual bodies on the seminiferous epithelium surface and gradually transformed into lipid-like materials of high electron density during residual bodies moving to the base of Sertoli cells.Finally,the residual bodies developed into lipid inclusions.Near the basement membrane,the lipid inclusions were found exporting its contents into intercellular space or tubule surrounding tissues through diffusion or exocytosis.Similar lipid inclusions could be seen in cells and matrix near seminiferous tubules,and in lymphatic endothelial cells.Conclusion:Residual bodies produced during spermatogenesis could transform into lipid inclusions in the digestive process,and the lipid inclusions could be eliminated out seminiferous tubules through diffusion or exocytosis.
