便秘儿童钡剂灌肠X线造影分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨儿童便秘和结肠形状的关系.方法：便秘儿童采用钡剂灌肠造影,X线平片检查228例,观察其结肠形状.结果：结肠形状正常的41例（17.98％）,全结肠迂曲的26例（11.40％）,降结肠迂曲的48例（21.05％）,乙状结肠迂曲的123例（53.95％）.结论：儿童便秘与结肠形状迂曲有一定关系.Objective：To investigate the anatomy of colon and etiologic factor of chronic constipation in children through barium enema.Methods：228 patients who had undergone the examination of barium enema were studied to investigate the anatomy of colon and etiologic factor of constipation.Results：The normal colon was found in 41 patients （17.98％）,the whole colon was circuity in 26 patients （11.40％）,the descending colon was circuity in 48 patients （21.05％）,and the sigmoid colon was circuity in 123 patients （53.95％）.Conclusion：Chronic constipation in children may be related to the circuity of colon.
