摘　　要：目的探讨功能康复指导在人工髋关节置换术后的应用效果。方法选取来我院进行治疗的人工髓关节置换术患者62例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，所有的患者均给予常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上给予功能康复指导，比较观察组和对照组患者出院时及出院后6个月的 Harris 评分。结果出院时，观察组和对照组患者的 Harris 评分相比，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），出院后6个月，观察组和对照组患者的 Harris 评分相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对人工髓关节置换术患者进行功能康复指导，可提高手术治疗效果和患者的生活质量，应推广使用。Objective to investigate the effect of functional rehabilitation guidance after artificial hip replacement surgery. Methods 62 cases with artificial hip replacement surgery were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. the two groups were given routine care, the observation group were given the functional rehabilitation guidance on this basis. compare the Harris score of the observation group and the control group at hospital discharge and 6 months after discharge. Results at discharge, the Harris score of the observation group compared with that in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉0.05）, six months after discharge, the Harris score of the observation group compared with that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion the functional rehabilitation guidance after artificial hip replacement, can improve surgical outcomes and quality of life of patients.
