摘 要:目的探讨冠状动脉高位开口与冠状动脉粥样斑块形成是否存在相关性。资料与方法回顾性分析7574例冠状动脉血管CT成像资料,对其中51例临床资料完整的冠状动脉高位开口图像进行1∶1匹配回顾性分析。结果高位开口组与非高位开口组在斑块段数发生率上差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.70,P>0.05);两组在狭窄程度>50%的冠状动脉血管狭窄段数分布上差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.288,P>0.05);两组在斑块各分布部位上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。左、右冠状动脉共同高位开口、左冠状动脉高位开口、右冠状动脉高位开口分别与匹配组、高位开口组与非高位开口匹配组在狭窄段数分布上和狭窄积分分布上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左、右冠状动脉均开口于或分别开口于冠状窦嵴上方或升主动脉,与冠状动脉粥样斑块形成并无明确的相关性。Purpose To explore the relationship between high take-off coronary artery and coronary atherosclerotic plaque.Materials aad Methods The CT angiography (CTA) image data of 7574 patients were enrolled in the study,among which 51 with high take-off (HTO group) were retrospectively compared with those without high takeoff (non-HTO group,matched by 1:1).Results The incidence of atherosclerotic plaque segments showed no significant difference between the HTO group and the non-HTO group (x2=1.70,P>0.05); the degree of coronary artery stenosis >50% had no significant difference between the two groups (x2=0.288,P>0.05); and the distribution of coronary atherosclerotic plaque had no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Moreover,neither narrow segments nor narrow degree integral distribution had significant difference between the two groups no matter whether left and/or right coronary arteries had HTO or not.Conclusion There is no clear direct relationship between high take-off coronary and coronary atherosclerotic plaque formation.
