耳后注射曲安奈德与利多卡因治疗单侧急性低频下降型感音神经性聋的早期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评估耳后注射曲安奈德、利多卡因治疗单侧急性低频下降型感音神经性聋的疗效。方法由2007年1月，2013年6月入院的单侧急性低频下降型感音神经性聋57例为A组（对照组），行舒血宁加地塞米松静脉点滴治疗；门诊相同疾病患者为B组（观察组）．行曲安奈德、利多卡因耳后注射加口服金纳多片治疗5l例。对两组中J洼别、发病年龄、病程、低频听力损失程度等因素，经f检验或卡方检验，对比两组的可比性；再分别对两组的总有效率行卡方检验分析。结果A组总有效率80．70％（46／57），B组总有效率96．08％（49／51），经统计学分析X^2=7．090，P〈0．05，差异有显著性。结论耳后注射曲安奈德、利多卡因治疗单侧急性低频下降型感音神经性聋的疗效好，方法简单，无明显副作用。OBJECTIVE To assess early curative effect for unilateral acute low tone sensorineural deafness after injection of triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine behind the auricle. METHODS 57 cases of unilateral acute low tone sensorineural deafness(group A) was given Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves injection combined with dexamethasone treatment from January 2007 to June 2013 in hospital. 51 cases of patients with the same disease from outpatient(group B) was given injection of triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine behind the auricle and Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Tablets. Chi-square test or t test were used for statistical analysis on two groups regarding gender, age, course of disease, degree of low and high frequency hearing loss etc.Effective rate between the two groups was analysed by chi square test. RESULTS A group total effective rate was 80.70%(46/57). B group total effective rate was 96.08%(49/51). There are significant difference after statistics analysis(χ 2=7.090, P =0.029, P<0.05). CONCLUSION Curative effect of injection of triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine behind the diseased ear for unilateral acute low frequency decreased sensorineural hearing loss is better, simple and without obvious side effects.
