摘　　要：在我国临床药师制建设初期,探索临床药师人才培养的模式与途径,无疑是最迫切的任务。我国已通过在有条件的三级甲等医院设置临床药师培训基地、建立在职岗位培训工作模式和试点临床药师人才培养途径,取得了宝贵的经验。AIM In the early stage of clinical pharmacist system construction in China it was undoubtedly the most urgent task facing at the time to explore the patterns and approaches for training clinical pharmacist personnel. The valuable experience has been gained by setting the clinical pharmacist training bases in conditional third grade A hospi- tals, establishing on-the-job training mode and piloting clinical pharmacist personnel training approaches.
