摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢性索-间质肿瘤的MRI表现。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的31例卵巢性索-间质肿瘤的MRI资料。结果 31例性索-间质肿瘤:卵泡膜细胞瘤9例、卵泡膜-纤维瘤14例,粒层细胞瘤6例,支持-间质细胞瘤2例。卵泡膜细胞瘤、卵泡膜-纤维瘤中,19例(82.61%)为实性,其中76.19%的肿瘤T2WI呈明显低信号,23.81%T2WI呈稍高信号,病灶内均可见斑片状、裂隙状、云絮状高信号影;3例(13.04%)呈囊实性病变;1例(4.35%)为完全囊性病灶。粒层细胞瘤:MRI均表现为囊实性肿块,肿瘤内可见多囊状改变,增强扫描囊壁及实性部分均持续明显强化;支持-间质细胞瘤:囊实性混杂肿块,增强扫描后实性成分及分隔明显强化。结论卵巢性索间质肿瘤MRI表现多样,但各种肿瘤有其特征性表现。Objective To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） characteristics of ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor （SCST）. Methods The MRI findings of 31 cases of ovarian SCST in our hospital from January 2009 to August 2013 were reviewed retrospectively. Results The 31 cases of ovarian SCST included 9 cases of theca cell tumor, 14 cases of fibrothecoma, 6 cases of granulosa cell tumor and 2 cases of Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor. In the 23 cases of theca cell tumor and fibrothecoma, 3 cases had solid and cystic lesion, 1 case had completely cystic lesion, and 19 cases （82.61%） were solid （76.19% showed very low signal on T2WI and 23.81% showed slightly high signal; degeneration in the tumors were observed）. The ovarian granulosa cell tumors presented mixed cystic-solid mass. After contrast administration, marked enhancement of solid components and septa in tumor was revealed. Two Sertoli-Leydig cell tumors also presented mixed cystic-solid mass. After contrast administration, the solid elements and septa had enhancement. Conclusion Ovarian SCST demonstrates variable MRI morphological appearances, and each type of the tumor has characteristic MRI features.
