摘 要:针对短行程、高频往复运动应用场合,提出动磁式直线振荡电机新结构。该电机由单相交流电源驱动,含两"C"型外定子,无需内定子,结构简单、加工方便、电磁推力可控性好。采用等效磁路法与有限元法分析并推导该新型直线振荡电机关键参数计算公式及设计依据,提出实验测试方法,测得电机静态推力及空载反电动势。结果表明,该电机电磁推力与绕组电流成正比,与动子位移无关,电磁推力系数与反电动势系数基本相等。A novel moving-magnet type of linear oscillatory motor was presented to achieve reciprocating movement with short stroke and high frequency. The linear oscillatory motor is driven by single-phase power with two "C"type external divided stators and without internal stator. The motor is characterized by compact configuration,easy manufacture and high electromagnetic thrust. Equivalent magnetic circuit method and finite element method were utilized to analyze and deduce the design criterions of critical parameters. By the measuring method proposed in the test,the static thrust force and back EMF of a prototype were measured. It is shown that the electromagnetic thrust is proportional to the winding current and the electromagnetic thrust coefficient is equal to the back EMF coefficient.
