农村水电开发的环境保护法律问题浅析

摘　　要：我国农村水电发展迅速,但在水电开发过程中出现很多问题,例如农村水电开发管理体制不完善,无序开发,对当地环境破坏严重等等,通过对农村水电开发中的环境法律问题进行分析,提出解决此类问题的措施,建议,加快对农村水电开发的法制建设。从立法层面保障农村水电开发有序、科学地进行。The rapid development of Chinese rural hydropower,but a lot of problems in hydropower develop-ment process,such as rural hydropower development management system is imperfect,disorderly develop-ment,serious damage to the local environment,etc.Based on the rural hydropower development environment to analyze legal issues measures proposed to solve such problems,it is recommended to speed up the legal con-struction of rural hydropower development.Safeguard the orderly development of rural hydropower from the legislative level,scientific manner.
