摘  要:用气相色谱法对火药中丙酮、乙醚的含量进行测定。样品用丁酮-仲丁醇混合溶液提取,采用热导检测器检测,检测器温度200℃,柱箱温度135℃,气化室温度190℃,载气为氢气,流速50mL/min,外标法定量。该方法对丙酮、乙醚的最低检测浓度为0.5,0.3μg/mL;在5~100μg/mL浓度范围内均呈良好的线性关系,线性系数r>0.990;方法回收率在94.8%~95.5%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.5%~3.6%之间。符合火药质量检测的要求,方法可用于火药中丙酮、乙醚含量的检测。Contents of acetone and ether in propellant were determined by gas chromatography. The samples were extracted by the mixture of methyl ethyl ketone and 2-butyl alcohol, then detected by TCD detector, the respective temperature of detector, column oven, vaporizer was 200, 135, 190 ℃. The carrier gas was hydrogen and its flow rate was 50 mL/min,the analytes were quantified with an external standard method. And the detection limits of acetone and ether were 0.5μg/mL and 0.3μg/mL respectively. All of the target compounds exhibited good linearity (r〉0.990) over a concentration range of 5~100μg/mL.Values of recovery and RSD (n=6) were in ranges of 94.8%~95.5%and 2.5%~3.6%respectively, which accorded with the requirements of the quality of propellant determination, and it can be used for detection of acetone and ether in propellant.
