摘 要:以3年生金雀花实生苗为试验材料,采用正交设计的方法,研究了激素种类(IAA,NAA和GGR)、质量浓度(1 000,1 500和2 000 mg/L)、处理时间(5,10,20 s)和插穗年龄(1,2,3年生)对其扦插生根的影响。结果表明:4因素对金雀花插穗生根质量均有显著影响,其中生根率1年生插穗极显著高于3年生插穗。因此,在实际生产中可通过修剪促进枝条萌芽,以增加1年生插穗的数量,多产出生根扦插苗;扦插生根的最佳处理为用1 500 mg/L IAA处理金雀花2年生插穗10 s,该处理的生根指标为生根率79.97%、根量13条/枝、根长71.68 mm。Using 3-year-old branches of Cytisus scoparius as test materials and orthogonal design as method,the effects of hormones types,concentrations,soaking time and cutting age were analyzed. The results showed that all of these variables had significant impacts on the rooting of Cytisus scoparius. Rooting rate of 1a cutting was significantly higher than that of 3a cutting,so promoting germination of branches by pruning can increase the number of 1a cuttings which can be applied in the actual production to improve propagation. The optimal treatment was considered as soaking 2 a cuttings with IAA of1500 mg/L for 10 s. The rooting rate,root number per cutting,root length were averaged respectively as 79. 97%,13,and 71. 68 mm.
