摘  要:为了使实验室日常检测和管理向自动化、智能化发展,减少人为因素干扰,提高实验效率和结果准确性、可溯性等,提出了建立环境友好型智慧实验室的设计思路。从实验室规划、硬件设施、软件配套三方面进行设计,建设了自适应式通风废气处理系统,实现自动实时调节室内环境控制和废气排放的自动化、网络化、可视化和节能的目的;实现网络设计接送样、查看检验流程和报告等与客户的零距离沟通;实现RFID样品、耗材管理样品的全程溯源,检测流程主要耗材的全程监控,使质量控制水平得到大幅提高;仪器自动取数、计算和生成报告的数据处理系统大大减少了人为计算和填写单据的工作量,提高了工作效率,减少了人为错误,同时达到了低碳减排的目的。In order to make the laboratory testing and management more electronization, automation and intelligence, reduce man-made interference factors, improve the efficiency of the experiment and the accuracy and traceability of the results, etc. , the paper puts forward the idea for establishing environmental friendly intelligence laboratory. From the three aspects of laboratory planning, hardware facilities and software, an adaptive ventilation and exhaust gas treatment system is designed. The system can automatic real-time adjust parameters, realize the indoor environment and emissions control automatically, implement networked and visual energy conservation. It achieves the environment friendly in the laboratory. Sample transport, checking inspection process and report are zero distance to communicate with the customers by network. RFID was used to monitor the samples and the main materials management in the whole process, so the testing process and instruments were also controlled. The laboratory quality control level was increased sharply. The processing system can automatically record and calculate instrument data and automatically report.. The system reduced the workload improved work efficiency, reduced the human error, and achieved the low carbon energy conservation and emissions reduction.
