摘　　要：随着高等教育改革快速发展,实验技术队伍的建设提上日程。但应该指出,实验技术队伍建设是一项系统性工程,需要进行整体谋划和布局。本文通过深入剖析我校实验技术队伍建设管理框架体系,从人才引进、岗位聘任、技能培训、绩效考核四个方面,介绍了实验技术队伍建设的方法和途径,从而试图找出我校实验室队伍建设管理的优势与不足,提出加强实验技术队伍建设的思路与方法。With rapid development of high education, the construction of experiment technician team is gradually put on schedule. But, as we know, the construction of experiment technician team is a systematic engineering, it needs planning and layout overall. This article through deeply analyzing construction of management system of experimental technical team, from talent introduction, post appointment, skills training and performance appraisal, introduce methods of experimental technical team construction, tries to find out advantages and disadvantages of our experimental technical team in construction and management. Thus, we can put forward construction threads and methods to strengthen experimental technical team.
