社区综合干预对乳腺癌患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察社区综合干预对乳腺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取南京市白下区止马营卫生社区中确诊且不在住院期间的乳腺癌患者112例进行分组研究,同时具备"生物-心理-社会"干预因素及中医药治疗者归于综合干预组,缺乏其中任一因素者归为对照组,干预组和对照组均观察2 a,比较两组患者干预前、干预后乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表FACT-B评分情况。结果:跟踪随访2 a后,综合干预组患者在生理状况、社会家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况4方面的评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌社区综合干预方案实行后,乳腺癌患者生活质量技术指标取得满意效果,可提高患者康复和继续治疗的信心,社区综合干预方案是切实可行的、适合城市社区乳腺癌患者的综合干预最佳模式。Objective：To observe the influence of comprehensive community intervention on life quality of patients with breast cancer. Methnds：112 patients with breast cancer but not being in hospital coming from Nanjing Baixia District Zhimaying Health Community were divided into difieren! groups and studied. Those with both ＂ biology - psychology - society＂ intervention factors and TCM treatment were distribuled lo the comprehensive intervention group;Those lacking any of these factors were classified as the control group. Both Ihe comprehensive intervention group and the control group were observed for 2 years, then FACT - B scale scores on the patienls＇ life quality before and ＇after the intervention were compared. Results：After the patients were followed up for 2 years,the physiological status,social and family status, emotional status, functional status scores of those in the comprehensive intervention group were significantly better than those of the eontrol group, and the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：hnplementation of the comprehensive community intervention made patients breast cancer have satisihctory life quality technology index,improved their confidence in rehabilitation and continual treatment. So the comprehensive community intervention program is feasible,and the best suitable mode for patients with breast cancer in city community.
