摘　　要：相关防水规范规定"地下建筑顶板现浇钢筋混凝土结构宜采用防水混凝土,其厚度不应小于250 mm"。本文从实践出发并通过研究相关建筑设计规范,认为对地下顶板厚度的这一具体规定缺乏依据,也难以体现技术先进、安全可靠、经济合理原则,建议相关防水规范修订时对不再作具体规定。Relevant waterproofing regulations stipulate ＂the cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure of underground construction top slab should adopt waterproofing concrete, and its thickness should not be less than 250 mm＂. This article, from concrete practices and studies on relevant building design regulations, believes the above mentioned provision is lack of basis, and it can hardly demonstrate the principles of technical advancement, safety and reliability, economic feasibility, so it proposes not to make such provisions any more when the relevant waterproofing regulations are amended.
