中高磷铁水双联炼钢在莱钢120t转炉的实践研究

摘　　要：分析了转炉脱磷工艺原理,研究了复吹转炉双渣法冶炼中高磷铁水的工艺方案,并进行了工业现场试验.试验结果表明,半钢终点温度控制在1 340～1 400℃,终点碳控制在3.0％以上,解决了半钢配加硅铁等发热元素的问题,优化了中高磷铁水双联冶炼方案.The paper analyzes the process principle of converter dephosphofization, studies the process scheme of dual - slag smelting with middle ＆ high phosphorus liquid iron in the combined - blowing converter, and has made industrial field tests. The test results have shown that the semi steel end temperature can be controlled between 1 340 and 1 400℃, endpoint carbon content can be controlled above 3.0%, and the problem of adding such heating elements as silicon iron to semi steel is solved, and the dual smelting scheme for middle ＆ high phosphorus liquid iron is optimized.
