浅析油气长输管道环境管理

摘　　要：油气长输管道跨越距离长、穿越环境敏感区多,对沿线的生态环境会产生影响,需加强油气长输管道施工期和运行期的环境管理。文章根据油气长输管道的工程特点和环境影响特点,对环境影响评价、环境监理、竣工环保验收和运营期环境风险管理等油气长输管道环境管理的重要环节中需重点关注的环境问题进行了分析、总结,为油气长输管道环境管理提供技术支持。最后针对目前油气长输管道环境管理存在的问题提出建议。For the long-distance of oil and gas transmission pipelines and many sensitive areas passed by,the environment near pipelines will be influenced.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the environment management of long-distance pipelines during its construction and operation periods.According to the characteristics of engineering and environment,the key problems of environment management for long-distance pipelines were analysed,including environmental impact assessment,environmental supervision,acceptance check of environment protection,and risk management in the stage of operation period,which could provide technical support for environment management of long-distance pipelines.At last,advices were proposed aiming at the current problems.
