摘　　要：MOOC在2012年兴起,2013年全面发展;网络课程建设和上网学习成为世界潮流.MOOC将改变传统的教学模式,对于我国为数众多的新升地方本科高校既是挑战也是机遇,利用MOOC可以推动地方本科高校的教育改革.Since MOOC rose in 2012 and developed well in 2013,online curriculum and study has become the world trend.The change of traditional teaching method will not only count as a challenge to the newly upgraded local universities,but an opportunity.MOOC will push forward the educational reform of local universities.
