摘　　要：禾草沟煤矿主采煤层中5#煤属双软薄偏厚煤层,为了利用施工技术提高巷道掘进速度,确保年度产量计划的完成,制定了最佳支护参数,对矿压进行了预测分析,并合理配置了施工设施,加强了施工工艺和施工管理,实现了顺槽的快速掘进。In the main coal seams of Hecaogou Mine, the No5 seam is ＂two soft＂ and relatively thicker thin seam. For improving the tunneling speed and ensuring the completion of the annual production plan, the paper formulated the support parameters, analyzed the strata behavior regularity, strengthened construction equipments, optimized construction process management and achieved the rapid excavation of mining roadway.
