摘  要:神东矿区煤层埋深较浅且属近距离煤层群开采,煤质特征为挥发份高、燃点低,而且存在井田在大面积开采时漏风严重等因素影响,使煤层极易产生自燃现象,给安全生产造成了极为不利的影响,同时随着开采的速度、规模及开采深度不断增大,大大的增加了煤炭自燃的可能性。针对这些不利因素的影响,常规的防灭火方式显然已经不能够满足正常生产的防灭火要求,根据多年的开采经验的积累和现有的技术装备水平,通过采用降压防火、以快防火和以砂治火等防灭火方式,有效地解决了特大井田浅埋易自燃煤层火灾防治的问题。The coal seams of Shendong mining area have the features of shallow buried, close-distance coal seam group, high volatile, low ignition, and serious air leakage after large area mined. These make the coal seam easy to spontaneous combustion and caused very negative impact to the safety production. Because of the influence of these factors, the common fire prevention methods can' t meet the requirements of normal production. Based on years of production experience and the existing level of technology and equipment, the fire prevention methods of pressure reducing, rapid mining and grouting sand were used and effectively solved the problems of coal seam spontaneous combustion.
