医护讨论模式在解除精神病患者约束中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗护理联合讨论模式在解除住院精神病患者约束的应用效果。方法:将入组患者随机分入对照组和实验组。对照组患者为医生根据患者表现实施解除约束,实验组患者为医疗护理联合讨论后决定是否解除约束,分别统计两组患者约束时间、约束期间至解除约束后24h内的风险事件。结果:两组患者约束时间、约束期间至解除约束后24h内的护理风险事件发生率均有显著性的差异。结论:在解除精神病患者保护性约束中使用医护联合讨论模式能减少精神病患者的约束时间和约束期间至解除约束后24h的护理风险事件的发生。Objective：To probe application effects of doctor- nurse consultation in releasing restraint for psychiatric in patients. Methods：The psychiatric patients under protective restraint were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The restraint of observation group were released according to doctor- nurse consultation,while that of control group was released only according to doctor＇s prescription. The restraint period and the risk events from the restraint period to 24 hours after releasing the restraint of the two groups were statistically analyzed,respectively. Results： There were significant differences in the The restraint period and the risk events from the restraint period to 24 hours after releasing the restraint between the two groups. Conclusions：The doctor- nurse consultation in the releasing protective restraint for the psychiatric patients can reduce restraint period and risk events from the restraint period to 24 hours after releasing the restraint.
