摘 要:在"大数据"时代的背景下,企业实现盈利的关键在于提高对庞大的数据信息进行加工的能力,通过加工实现数据的增值,因此企业对信息化人才的需求日益增加。能力本位的人才培养模式强调从职业岗位的需要出发,确定能力目标,如何培养具有能力本位的信息化人才,成为当今信息管理专业的主要教学任务。供应链课程体系通常包括ERP原理、生产与运作管理、供应链管理、采购与营销、电子商务等课程,如何通过这些课程培养不同层次的企业信息化人才是研究重点。分析了传统供应链课程体系设计存在的问题,并通过质量功能展开方法分析了供应链课程体系的主干课程知识点之间的关系,对课程的设计及相关实验进行研究,推动了对企业信息化人才的培养。In the context of"Big Data",the key of corporate earnings is to improve the capacity of dealing huge data information and to achieve the data appreciation,so the demand of enterprises for information talent is increasing day by day.Competence based training mode emphasizes to confirm the objective of competence from the demand of professional positions,so the main teaching task of information management professional is how to cultivate competence based information talent.Supply chain management curriculum system includes ERP theory,production and operation management,supply chain management,purchasing and marketing,electronic commerce and so on.This paper mainly discusses how to cultivate information talent for the need of enterprises with different level through supply chain management curriculum system,the problems in traditional supply chain management curriculum system,and analyses the relation of main courses knowledge in supply chain management curriculum system through quality function deployment method.At the last this paper studies the teaching plan of courses and related experiments which improves the cultivation for information talent in enterprises.
