摘　　要：企业资源计划(ERP)与业务流程重组(BPR)是当前企业信息化的热门话题,它们的整合研究是当前研究的热点.本文从EPR与BPR的关系角度阐述它在企业中整合实施的必然性,对它在重庆市中小企业整合过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应策略.At present,ERP（ Enterprise Resource Planning）and BRP（ Business Process Reengineering）are the popular topics in enterprise informatization. Researches on the integration of ERP and BRP have now become a hotspot. From the relation between EPR and BPR,the current study elaborates the necessity of the integrated implementation of ERP and BRP for enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in the integration for Chongqing’s middle and small-sized enterprises,as well as proposes corresponding strategies.
