摘　　要：目的探讨温馨提示卡在内镜下套扎术患者中的应用效果。方法将108例内镜下套扎术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各54例。对照组进行常规护理,实验组在此基础上加用温馨提示卡,对2组患者的住院天数和疼痛程度进行比较。结果实施不同护理模式后,实验组患者住院天数明显少于对照组(P<0.01),疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论将温馨提示卡运用于套扎术患者的护理过程中,能使患者感受到温暖,从而主动配合手术。Objective To explore the effect of using warm tips cards in endoscopic variceal ligation patients. Methods 108 patients who re-ceived endoscopic variceal ligation were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,each group had 54 patients. The routine nursing methods were given to the control group;both routine nursing methods and warm tips cards were given to the intervention group. Then compare the hospital days and pain degrees between the two groups. Results The hospital days of the intervention group were less than that of the control group （P〈0. 01）, and the pain degree of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclu-sion It is helpful for endoscopic variceal ligation patients to feel warm and cooperate with the operation actively by using warm tips cards.
