摘　　要：总结了60例老年期痴呆合并2型糖尿病患者的临床特点及护理。临床特点包括糖尿病特点不典型、感染发生率高、低血糖症状不明显以及健康教育执行难。分别从饮食、预防感染、运动疗法、健康教育和药物护理等5个方面提出护理对策,认为饮食护理、运动疗法、预防感染、药物治疗护理联合健康教育是护理的关键环节。To summary the clinical features and nursing methods of 60 patients with old age dementia and type Ⅱdiabetes.The clinical fea-tures include atypical symptoms of diabetes,the higher incidence of infection,unobvious hypoglycemia and so on.Nursing methods include five aspects,namely diet nursing,exercise therapy,infection prevention,medicine nursing and health education.We consider that diet nursing,exer-cise therapy,infection prevention,medicine nursing combining health education are the crucial parts of nursing.
