摘  要:针对机械设备拆装诱导中人机交互性差、诱导信息过载等问题,提出基于装配语义图模型的拆装子情境感知方法。分析了机械设备拆装语义的组合性特点,建立了零件类型本体层次树模型、连接类型本体层次树模型和产品装配语义图模型;在上述模型的基础上,提出基于装配语义图模型的拆装情境相似度计算方法;应用该子情境相似度方法,提出基于语义情境的操作者知识经验模型,实现了对拆装诱导信息的检索和筛选,提高了诱导信息的针对性和系统的人机交互性。To solve the problems of poor weak human-machine interaction and information overload existing in assem- bly and disassembly guiding system for mechanical equipments, a sub-assembly and disassembly context awareness method based on assembly semantic map model was proposed. The combination features of assembly and disassembly semantic was analyzed, and the part type ontology hierarchy tree model, the joint type ontology hierarchy tree model and the assembly semantic map model were established. Based on these models, a similarity evaluation method for assembly and disassembly context using assembly semantic map model was presented. The knowledge and experience model based on semantic context was proposed by using this similarity evaluation method, which realized the retrieval and selection for assembly and disassembly guiding, and improved the guiding information pertinence and the human-machine interaction.
