摘　　要：道路运输业是交通运输节能减排的重要领域。本文从节能环保的视角分析道路运输业的问题,探讨节能环保与道路运输转型升级的关系,结合江苏实践,思考节能环保视角下道路运输转型升级技术路线。The road transport industry is an important field of energy conservation and emission reduction of trans- portation. This paper analysis of road transport industry from the perspective of energy saving and envi- ronmental protection, energy saving and environmental protection and to explore the relationship be- tween the road transport of transfomaation and upgrading, combined with the practice of Jiangsu road transportation, tansformation of thinking about energy conservation and environmental protection from the perspective of upgrading technology route.
