摘 要:特定谐波消除法(SHEPWM)具有等效开关频率低、输出电压质量好及损耗小等优点,本文介绍了应用于T型三电平并网逆变器的特定谐波消除法调制方法;分析了开关角个数的选取原则及求解方法,对控制环路的实现和设计方法进行了介绍。在此基础上,比较了特定谐波消除法与空间矢量调制(SVPWM)两种调制方式对逆变器并网电流谐波和效率的影响,对电网谐波对并网电能质量的影响进行了探讨,并在10 kW T型三电平并网逆变平台上进行了实验验证。Selective harmonic eliminated PWM (SHEPWM) strategy has a lot advantages, such as lower equivalent switching frequency, higher quality of the output voltage and lower loss, etc. The implementation of SHEPWM on T-type three-level inverter was studied. Firstly, the principles of selecting the number of switching angles were introduced, and the control loop was analyzed and designed. On this basis, the current THD and efficiency of SHEPWM and SVPWM were compared, and the influences of grid harmonic on power quality were analyzed. Results were validated by experiment on a lO kW T-type three-level inverter platform.
