加减二仙汤治疗阴虚阳亢型围绝经期高血压病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减二仙汤治疗阴虚阳亢型围绝经期高血压病妇女的临床疗效。方法:将48例围绝经期高血压病患者随机分为治疗组(n=25)和对照组(n=23),对照组给予福辛普利钠片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上给予加减二仙汤口服,疗程为4周。观察并比较两组患者的中医证候积分及血压,检测患者的血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及黄体生成素(LH)的水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者的中医证候积分显著降低(P<0.05),且两组患者治疗前后积分差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的收缩压与舒张压均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的收缩压较对照组降低更加明显(P<0.05);治疗组患者的E2水平显著升高(P<0.05),且两组患者的AngⅡ、E2、LH治疗前后差值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加减二仙汤治疗围绝经期高血压病具有协同降压作用,同时能够改善患者的雌激素水平及中医证候。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified ＂Erxian Decoction＂on perimenopausal hypertensive women of predominant yang due to yin deficiency type. Methods： Forty-eight patients of perimenopausal hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 25） and control group（ n = 23）. All the patients were treated with fosinopril,and the patients in treatment group were treated with modified＂Erxian Decoction＂in addition,with a course of four weeks. The scores of Chinese medical syndrome and the blood pressure were observed,and the levels of AngiotensinⅡ（ AngⅡ）,estradiol（ E2）,follicle-stimulating hormone（ FSH） and luteinizing hormone（ LH） were detected. Results： After treatment,the scores of Chinese medical syndrome in the treatment group were obviously decreased（ P〈0. 05）,and there was a statistical difference in both of the two groups in D-value of scores between before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）; the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）,and the level of systolic blood pressure in treatment group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the level of E2 in the treatment group was increased（ P〈0. 05）,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups on the D-value of the levels of AngⅡ,E2 and LH between before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： modifide＂Erxian Decoction＂can lower the blood pressure collaborated with fosinopril,decrease the level of E2 and improve the Chinese medical syndrome in perimenopausal hypertensive women.
