应用SAFE-CARE体系对护理服务满意度影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨SAFE-CARE体系对提升护理服务满意度的作用。方法运行医院SAFE-CARE体系,对比该体系运行前及运行3个季度后医生、护士对护理服务的满意度情况。结果运行SAFE-CARE体系前医生对护理服务满意度总分为(11.47±1.27)分;运行3个季度后为(14.23±0.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运行SAFE-CARE体系前护士对护理服务满意度总分为(11.29±1.35)分;运行3个季度后为(17.27.23±2.83)分,得分高于运行前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SAFE-CARE体系应用于护理工作中,能够提高医生和护士对护理服务的满意度。Objective To investigate the role of nursing management SAFE-CARE system in raising the quality of nursing service. Methods Created and ran the SAFE-CARE system, compared the doctors＆#39; satisfaction and nurses＆#39; satisfaction to nursing service before and three quarters after running the management system. Results The scores of doctors＆#39; satisfaction to nursing service was 11.47±1.27 before running the SAFE-CARE nursing management system （P〈0.05） and it was 14.23±0.46 after running the SAFE-CARE nursing management system （P〈0.05）. The scores of nurses＆#39; satisfaction to nursing service was 11.29 ±1.35 before running the SAFE-CARE nursing management system （P〈0.05） and it was 17.27 ±2.83 after running the SAFE-CARE nursing management system （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of SAFE-CARE nursing management system can improve the doctors＆#39; and nurses＆#39; satisfaction to nursing service in the Nursing Services.
