摘　　要：目的探讨呋喃西林湿敷治疗新生儿脐炎的效果。方法将44例新生儿脐炎患儿分为试验组和对照组各22例。试验组采用0.9%生理盐水清洗脐部,然后用呋喃西林溶液湿敷脐部;对照组采用常规清洗方法,先用双氧水清洗脐部后再用75%酒精消毒脐部。比较两组治愈时间。结果试验组治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用呋喃西林湿敷治疗新生儿脐炎,能有效缩短治疗时间,提高治疗效果,降低住院费用,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of nitrofurazone wet compress for neonatal omphalitis. Methods 44 cases of neonatal om-phalitis were divided into 2 groups, each 22 cases. For the experimental group, the umbilical region were cleaned with 0.9% saline, followed by nitrofurazone wet compress, while for the control group, the umbilical region were cleaned with hydrogen peroxide, followed by 75% alcohol disinfection. Results The healing time in the experimental group was shorter than the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclu-sion The nitrofurazone wet compress for neonatal omphalitis could reduce the healing time, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the hospital costs and improve the patient satisfaction.
