摘 要:以内嵌式正弦波永磁同步电动机(IPMSM)优化设计为目标,首先采用"路"的方法,计算出影响电机性能的主要参数的范围。然后应用Taguchi法对一台11kW、380V的IPMSM分析,以影响电机性能的主要参数为控制因子,以烧结永磁材料过程中引起的制造误差为噪声因子,以效率和转矩脉动系数为输出响应。通过Hadamard矩阵法建立一混合正交表,对每一种正交结果进行有限元分析,得出各种控制因子和噪声因子对输出响应的影响,最后给出使电机效率高和转矩脉动系数小的一种方案。The study aims to optimize the design of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(IPMSM).Firstly the ideal ranges of some parameters of motor performance were calculated by "road".Taguchi method is applied to study a motor(11kw,380V),taking some parameters as control factors,manufacturing errors in sintered permanent magnet material manufacturing process as noise factors,and efficiency and torque ripple as output responses.Mixed application of orthogonal Hadamard matrix was established.The finite element analysis was used to study the entire cross results to obtain the influence of various control factors and noise factors on output responses.Finally,the paper proposes a solution with high motor efficiency and low torque ripple.
