摘　　要：异丁司特是一种白三烯受体拮抗剂,通过抑制白三烯炎性介质作用而起到抗哮喘作用,其疗效确切,不良反应较少。Ibudilast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist, it plays the anti asthmatic effect by inhibiting leukotriene proinflammatory mediators. Inhibition can be effective in the prevention and treatment of asthma leukotriene synthesis or antagonize leukotrienes receptor, improve asthma symptoms and lung function, is one of the development directions of common asthma medicine, ibudilast R ＆ D has great economic and social benefits.
