摘　　要：本文对独立学院化工专业人才培养模式进行研究,提出了要培养应用技能型人才,需要进行校企深度合作,培养"双师型"教师,开展以岗位技能为核心的技术技能培训,并建立仿真实训、生产实习、课程设计的三模块式教育平台。This paper makes research on the training model of chemical engineering majors in independent college, put forward four views to cultivate applied skill talents, the need for school enterprise cooperation, training ＂ double teacher type＂, to carry out the job skills as the core technical skill training, and the establishment of three modular education platform simulation training, production practice, and course design.
