摘　　要：目的:探讨严世芸教授治疗慢性心力衰竭的用药规律。方法:应用中医门诊电子病历共收集严世芸教授慢性心衰门诊医案835份,通过SAS统计软件以慢性心衰为因变量,以用药频率≥10%的58种中药为自变量进行Logistic回归分析。结果:菝契、白术、白芍、柴胡、垂盆草、车前子、生地黄、地龙、甘草、葛根、骨碎补、桂枝、景天三七、全蝎、苦参、鹿角、熟地黄、首乌藤、土鳖虫、通草、桃仁、瓦楞子偏回归系数的假设检验具有统计学意义(P<0.0001或P<0.05)。结论:严世芸教授治疗慢性心衰学术特点为倡导温阳,元气为本;脏腑相关,整体辨治;重气血辨证,擅长活血法;善于调养心神;药性药理相融,发挥药之新效。Objective： To investigate the medication rules of Professor YAN Shi -yun＆#39;s treatment for chronic heart failure. Methods： 835 medical records on chronic heart failure were collected by electronic medical records of Chinese medicine outpatient.Logistic regression analysis with SAS statistical software was performed by taking tachycardia as the depend -ent variable and 58 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with medication frequency more than or equal to 10% were as the independent variable.Results： The hypothesis test of skew regression coefficiency showed a statistical significance （P ＆lt;0.0001 or P ＆lt;0.05）.They were smilax deed, white peony root, Radix, sarmentosum, Plantago, rehmanniae, earthworm, licorice, arrowroot, Drynaria, Gui, Sedum Panax, Scorpio, Sophora, antlers, rehmannia root, Polygonum vine, Eupolyphaga, ricepaper pith, peach and concha arcae.Conclusion： Warming Yang and kidney essence,the whole view, theory of Qi and blood, concept of mind, as well as pharmacological related to potency are reflected in medical re -cords.
