桂枝茯苓丸对子宫内膜异位大鼠腹腔液中IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝茯苓丸对大鼠子宫内膜异位症的治疗作用。方法:采用自体移植法建立子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型,将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、达那唑组、桂枝茯苓丸低、中、高剂量组,并设假手术组。给药30天后,采用ELISA法检测大鼠腹腔液中白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量。结果:桂枝茯苓丸高剂量组能明显降低大鼠腹腔液中IL-6水平(P<0.05),高、中剂量组能显著降低腹腔液中TNF-α含水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸对大鼠子宫内膜异位症具有较好治疗作用。Objective： To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling pills on endometriosis of rats .Methods： Autologous grafting endometriosis rat models were established , and the successful moldel rats were randomly divided into a model group ,a danazol group, Guizhi Fuling pills low, medium and high dose groups, and a control group.After 30 days, use ELISA method to detect the rat peritoneal fluid of IL -6 and TNF -αcontents.Results： Guizhi Fuling pills high dose group could obviously reduce rat peritoneal fluid levels of IL -6 （P ＆lt;0.05）, high, middle dose groups could significantly re-duce the levels of TNF -αin peritoneal fluid （P ＆lt;0.05 or P ＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion： Guizhi Fuling pills have a good effect in the treatment of endometriosis in rats .
