坤宁安对去卵巢抑郁模型大鼠海马Bcl-2和Bax表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察坤宁安对去卵巢抑郁模型大鼠海马Bcl-2和Bax表达的影响。方法:去卵巢雌性SD大鼠50只,随机分为5组:去卵巢组(对照组)、去卵巢抑郁模型组(模型组)、去卵巢坤宁安低剂量组(坤宁安低剂量组)、去卵巢坤宁安高剂量组(坤宁安高剂量组)、去卵巢氟西汀组(氟西汀组),采用孤养及慢性应激方式造模,观测大鼠海马Bcl-2和Bax表达的变化。结果:抑郁模型大鼠的Bax阳性细胞表达增强,Bcl-2阳性细胞表达降低,坤宁安可使模型大鼠海马Bcl-2表达上调,降低Bax的表达。结论:坤宁安能够影响抑郁模型大鼠海马Bcl-2和Bax的表达,可能是其抗抑郁作用机理之一。Objective：This thesis is aimed at observing the effect of Kunningan on the expression of hippocampus Bcl -2 and Bax of ovariectomy depressive rats .Methods：Divide ovariectomy female SD rats into five groups randomly ： ovariec-tomy group（control group）, ovariectomy depression group（model group）, ovariectomy Kunningan low dose group （low dose group）, ovariectomy Kunningan high dose group （ high dose group ）, ovariectomy Fluoxetine group （ Fluoxetine group）.The methods of solitary condition and chronic stress were taken to establish the models , then with the methods to observe the changes on the expression of rats ’ hippocampus Bcl -2 and Bax.Results：The expression of rats’ Bax positive cells in depression group was enhanced and Bcl -2 was decreased.Kunningan could change the expressions of Bcl -2 and Bax.Conclusion：Kunningan can influence the expressions of hippocampus Bcl -2 and Bax in depressive model rats.That may be one of the mechanisms to treat the depression .
