紫癜清颗粒联合针刺治疗过敏性紫癜腹型临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察紫癜清颗粒联合针刺治疗过敏性紫癜腹型的临床疗效。方法:120例腹型过敏性紫癜患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例,对照组60例,对照组应用激素联合抗组胺药物;治疗组应用紫癜清颗粒联合针刺治疗,其中实证(血热风盛型)38例,虚证(气虚失摄型)22例,治疗时间4周,随诊半年。结果:治疗组有效率、皮肤紫斑消退时间与对照组相当,无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组腹痛缓解所需天数较对照组减少(P<0.05)、复发率较对照组减低(P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论:紫癜清颗粒联合针刺治疗腹型过敏性紫癜能明显改善患者临床症状,并能减少复发。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Zidianqing particle combined with acupuncture in the treatment of abdominal allergic purpura.Methods：120 patients of abdominal allergic purpura were randomly divided into two groups , including 60 patients in the treatment group used Zidianqing particle combined with acupuncture ,and 60 patients in the control group used hormone combined with antihistamine ;the treatment group contained 38 patients who were blood heat with wind exuberance type;22 patients of deficiency syndrome who were Qi deficiency loss taken type .Treatment time was for four weeks,following up for half a year.Results：The treatment group was similar to the control group in effective rate and skin purple fade time ,and there was no significant difference （P ＆gt;0.05）,but the required number of days for abdominal pain relief in the treatment group had a significance compared with that in the control group （P ＆lt;0.05）,and recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower compared with that in the control group （P ＆lt;0.01）,so this difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Not only could it obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients ,but also it could reduce recurrence by Zidianqing particles combined with acupuncture in the treatment of abdominal allergic purpura.
