复明饮治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复明饮治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法:观察2009年2月～2013年2月门诊及住院确诊为中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变的患者,共36例36眼。所有患者治疗前均需检查:最佳矫正视力、眼压、裂隙灯显微镜、荧光眼底血管造影(FFA)及光学相干断层扫描(OCT)等,同时排除青光眼、白内障和糖尿病视网膜病变引起的视力改变的患者。给予中药复明饮口服,1日2次,1次20mL,连续服用3个月。分别于治疗后1个月、2个月和3个月复查,每次复查视力、眼压、晶状体和眼底情况。治疗3个月时同时复查FFA及OCT。每例患者均需观察3个月以上。结果:治疗后,治愈29眼,占80.55%,好转6眼,占16.67%,无效1眼,占2.78%,总有效率为97.22%。结论:中药复明饮可有效的促进视网膜水肿的消退,促进眼底出血、渗出的吸收,从而提高视力。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy on central exudative chorioretinopathy treated with herbal medicine Fuming decoction.Methods：36 outpatients and inpatients（36 eyes） were diagnosed as central exudative chorioretinopa -thy from February 2009 to February 2013.The examinations were required for all the patients before treatment ：best cor-rected visual acuity（BCDVA） ,intraocular pressure（IOP）,slit lamp microscopy,fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA）, Optic coherent tomography（OCT）and others.The cases with visual acuity changes induced by glaucoma ,cataract and diabetic retinopathy were excluded.Herbal medicine Fuming decoction was applied for oral administration ,two times per day,20ml each time,continuously for three months.The visual acuity,IOP,lens and fundus were reexamined after one , two and three months separately for treatment .Additionally,FFA and OCT were required to be examined in three months of treatment.Every patient should be observed over three months .Results：After treatment,29 eyes were cured,accounting for 80.55%,six eyes were remarkably effective ,accounting for 16.67% and 1eye was failed,accounting for 2.78%,with a total effective rate being 97.22%.Conclusion：Herbal medicine Fuming decoction has good effects on promoting subhy -aloid hemorrhage and exudation,eliminating retinal oedema and improving eyesights .
