活血通管汤加减治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血通管汤加减治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效及安全性,为临床治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕提供经验。方法:选取56例双侧输卵管阻塞导致不孕的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组患者均行输卵管整形术,并给予合适的药物对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上对症辨证给予活血通管汤,比较两组患者的效果。结果:经治疗后,对照组总有效率为67.9%,治疗组总有效率为89.3%,治疗组总有效率较对照组具有显著性差异(P<0.05);妊娠率为35.7%,治疗组的妊娠率为60.7%,治疗组的妊娠率较对照组具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重的不良反应。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,对输卵管阻塞性不孕的患者辨证使用活血通管汤,可取得较好的临床效果,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。To discuss Huoxue Tongguan decoction for tubal infertility ,and to provide experience for the clinical treatment of tubal obstructive infertility.Method： Select 56 cases of infertility patients with bilateral tubal obstruction and they were randomly divided into control and treatment groups , patients in two groups underwent tubal plastic surgery and were given appropriate medical symptomatic treatment and the treatment group was given Huoxue Tongguan decoction on the basis of normal treatment.The effects of two groups were compared.Results： After treatment,in the control group the to-tal effective rate was 67.9% and in the treatment group the total effective rate was 89.3%,and the total efficiency of the treatment group compared with that of the control group had a significant difference （P ＆lt;0.05）; pregnancy rate was 35.7% in the control group, and in the treatment group it was 60.7%,which had a significant difference （P ＆lt;0.05）;in the two groups there were no severely side effects .Conclusion： On the basis of conventional treatment for patients with tubal obstructive infertility,Huoxue Tongguan decoction can achieve a better clinical result with few side effects , which is worthy of promotion.
