摘　　要：介绍范吉平教授治疗偏头痛的临床经验。认为本病内因多为寒凝血瘀、肝郁化火、肝风内动、风痰阻络、气滞血瘀、情志过极,外因多为风寒外袭;邪扰清空、闭阻脑络、清窍不利是偏头痛发生的主要病机;诊疗重视舌诊,善用引经药和虫类药。This paper introduces Professor Fan＇s experience in treating migraine. It is believed that blood stasis caused by cold accumulation,pathogenic fire derived from the stagnation of liver qi,liver-wind stirring,wind phlegm,stagnation of qi and blood,and emotional stress are always the internal factors for the disease; wind-cold attacking the exterior is always the external factor. He also points out that evil interference empty,blocking brain collaterals and dysfunction of the orifices are the main pathogenesis of migraine. In the diagnosis and treatment of migraine,Professor Fan pays more attention to the tongue inspection and makes good use of guiding drugs and worm medicine.
