银质针温针灸治疗中老年膝骨关节炎临床随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察银质针温针灸治疗中老年膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将90例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组45例。对照组予普通针温针灸治疗,治疗组予银质针温针灸治疗。两组疗程均为17天,观察临床疗效及ISOA指数、VAS评分的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93.33%、53.33%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组ISOA指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,ISOA指数差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。3治疗前后组内比较,两组疼痛VAS积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,疼痛VAS积分水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银质针温针灸治疗中老年膝骨关节炎疗效满意,可显著缓解患者膝关节疼痛、肿胀等临床症状,改善其运动功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warming needle moxibustionin treating elderly knee osteoarthritis. Methods Ninety cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated by common acupuncture therapy and treatment group was treated by warming needle moxibustion,with the course of 17 days. The clinical efficacy was observed and the ISOA index and VAS score were compared. Results 1 The total effective rate was 93. 33% in the treatment group and 53. 33% in the control group,with a difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. 2 In each group,there were significant differences in ISOA index before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）; there was a significant difference in ISOA index between the two groups,and the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0. 05）. 3 In each group,there were significant differences in VAS score before and after treatment（P〈0. 05）; after treatment,there was a significant difference in VAS score between the two groups,and the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion by silver needle has satisfactory effect on elderly knee osteoarthritis. It can alleviate the pain,swollen and other symptoms of the knee-joints and improve its motor function.
