四君子汤对后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者细胞免疫功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察四君子汤对后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者细胞免疫功能的保护作用。方法将40例拟行后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。两组均行后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术,对照组术后予预防感染、止血、维持电解质平衡等常规处理,治疗组同时加服四君子汤。两组均分别于术前、术后1天、术后4天、术后8天,检测外周血CD4+、CD8+水平。结果与本组术前比较,治疗组术后第1天、第4天CD4+、CD8+水平显著降低(P<0.05),第8天恢复至术前水平;对照组术后第1天、第4天、第8天,CD4+、CD8+水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。组间同期比较,术后第4天、第8天CD4+水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后第8天CD8+水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤对后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者的细胞免疫功能具有显著的保护作用,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the protective effect of＂Sijunzi Decoction＂for cellular immune function in patients underwent aparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgery. Methods Forty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 20 cases in each group. Both of the groups were treated by aparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgery. In addition,the control group was treated by conventional therapies including infection prevention,stop bleeding and keep electrolyte balance. The treatment group was added with＂Sijunzi Decoction＂. The levels of CD4＋and CD8＋in peripheral blood were detected before surgery,1st d,4th d and 8th d after surgery. Results In treatment group,the levels of CD4＋and CD8＋at the 1st d,4th d after surgery were reduced markedly（P〈0.05）,at the 8th day returned to the preoperative level; In control group,the levels of CD4＋and CD8＋at the 1st,4th,8th day after surgery were reduced markedly（P 0. 05）. There was significant difference in CD4＋level at the 4th and 8th day after surgery（P 0. 05）. There was significant difference in CD8＋level at the 8th day after surgery（P 0. 05）. Conclusion ＂Sijunzi Decoction＂has protective effect on cellular immune function of patients with aparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgery. It is worth to be applied in clinic.
