桃红四物汤对急性脑梗死患者血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察桃红四物汤联合常规疗法治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对血清炎症因子的影响。方法将103例患者随机分为治疗组(53例)和对照组(50例)。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组同时加用桃红四物汤。两组疗程均为2周,观察并比较脑卒中NIHSS积分及炎症因子(CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β)水平的变化情况。结果 1治疗前后组内比较,两组脑卒中NIHSS积分水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,脑卒中NIHSS积分水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组炎症因子(CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β)水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,炎症因子(CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β)水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤联合常规疗法治疗急性脑梗死,可显著改善临床症状,降低体内炎症因子水平,进而保护脑组织。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of＂Taohong Siwu Decoction＂and conventional therapy on acute cerebral infarction and its effects on serum inflammatory factors. Methods One hundred and three cases were randomized into treatment group and control group. Control group in which 50 cases were treated by western conventional therapy,and treatment group in which 53 cases were added by＂Taohong Siwu Decoction＂,with the course of 2 weeks. The NIHSS scores and levels of inflammatory factors（CRP,TNF-α,IL-1β） were observed. Results 1 In each group,there was significant difference in NIHSS scores between before and after treatment（P〈0.05）; after treatment,there was significant difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）. 2 In each group,there were significant differences in inflammatory factors of CRP,TNF-α and IL-1β between the two groups（ P〈0.05）; after treatment,there were significant differences in inflammatory factors of CRP,TNF-α and IL-1β between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined＂Taohong Siwu Decoction＂and conventional therapy can protect the brain tissues by improving clinical symptoms and decreasing inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
