厚朴排气合剂治疗妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能紊乱疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察厚朴排气合剂治疗妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法将152例腹腔镜术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组76例;两组均给予术后常规处理,治疗组加服厚朴排气合剂。观察两组患者胃肠功能恢复的时间。结果治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厚朴排气合剂可促进妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能的恢复,利于患者术后康复。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Houpu Mixture＂in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods One hundred and fifty-two cases underwent laparoscopic surgery were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 76 cases in each group.Both groups were treated by conventional therapy,and treatment group was treated with ＂Houpu Mixture＂additionally. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function was observed. Results The recovery time of borborygmus and anal aerofluxus in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion ＂Houpu Mixture＂can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery and it is effective for postoperative rehabilitation.
