运脾化湿清肺汤治疗脾虚型特应性皮炎60例

摘　　要：目的观察运脾化湿清肺汤治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法采用多中心随机对照方法,将120例脾虚型特应性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组给予运脾化湿清肺汤治疗,对照组给予消风止痒颗粒治疗。两组疗程均为8周,观察临床疗效,以及治疗2周、4周、8周皮疹形态、瘙痒程度和中医证候积分变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为100.00%、68.33%,两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周、4周、8周后,两组皮疹形态及瘙痒程度均有显著改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周、4周、8周后,两组中医证候积分均减少(P<0.05);组间治疗4周、8周后同期比较,治疗组中医证候积分少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运脾化湿清肺汤能显著改善脾虚型特应性皮炎患者的临床症状及中医证候。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yunpi Huashi Qingfei Decoction＂in treating atopic dermatitis. Methods Multicenter randomized controlled trial was conducted into 120 cases with atopic dermatitis of spleen deficiency type. Theses cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated by ＂Yunpi Huashi Qingfei Decoction＂and control group was treated by ＂Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granule＂,with the course of 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy,rash,itching and TCM symptom scores at 2nd week,4th week and 8th week were observed. Results The total effective rate was 100. 00% in the treatment group and 68. 33% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After 2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of rash and itching were improved markedly（ P〈0.05）,with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）; The TCM symptom scores of both groups were reduced after 2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment（P〈0.05）; with significant difference between the two groups after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Yunpi Huashi Qingfei Decoction＂is effective for relieving the clinical symptoms and alleviating TCM syndromes in atopic dermatitis patients.
