杨氏絮刺拔罐疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察杨氏絮刺拔罐疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将66例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组33例。治疗组予杨氏絮刺拔罐疗法,对照组予常规针刺疗法。两组疗程均为5周,观察临床疗效并比较治疗前后颈部疼痛VAS积分、NPQ积分的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.70%、84.85%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组疼痛VAS积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,疼痛VAS积分及积分差值水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。3治疗前后组内比较,两组NPQ积分水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,NPQ积分及积分差值水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论杨氏絮刺拔罐疗法治疗颈型颈椎病疗效满意,可显著改善临床症状,缓解颈部疼痛及不适感,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yang＇ s multiple tapping and cupping in treating neck type cervical spondylosis. Methods Sixty-six cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by Yang＇ s multiple tapping and cupping therapy, and control group was treated by routine acupuncture, with the course of 5 weeks. VAS and NPQ pain scale were used to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Results ① The overall effective rate was 96.70% in the treatment group and 84.85 % in the control group, with a difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ② There was significant difference in pain VAS score before and after the treatment in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, there was significant difference in pain VAS score and its difference value between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ③ There was a statistical difference in NPQ score between before and after the treatment in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and after treatment, there was a statistical difference in NPQ score between the two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Yang＇ s multiple tapping and cupping has curative effect on cervical spondylosis. This method can improve the clinical symptoms, alleviate pain and discomfort of neck and improve the quality of life of patients.
