摘　　要：目的观察内服中药配合手法按摩治疗乳痈的临床疗效。方法 76例乳痈患者均采用内服中药配合手法按摩治疗,疗程3天;观察治疗后乳房疼痛及结块大小改善情况。结果总有效率为93.42%;治疗后疼痛明显改善,结块显著缩小(P<0.01)。结论乳痈方结合手法按摩治疗乳痈疗效较好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbs orally and massage treatment for the treatment of 76 cases of mastitis. Methods Seventysix cases were treated by Chinese herbs and massage treatment with the course of 3 days. The breast pain and size of mass were observed. Results The total effective rate was 93. 42%. After treatment,the breast pain was alleviated and the size of mass was decreased（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combined self-made formula and massage treatment is effective for acute mastitis.
